When people can find the beauty in letting go of that which was not for us, they can see the beauty of experience for what it was. They cannot say that as soon as something is uncomfortable that they should let go rather than they will know when the time has arrived. They are able to accept the reality that holding onto what was it is like, an empty experience to be liberated from the prison of the past.
People refuse to accept that what which is no longer present, they miss the beauty of what was, what is and what will be. The past can be poison when they refuse to choose the present. The seeds of dead dreams they once hold can then be planted in the present and with the persistent focus in changing the past and prepared for the future.
